Kliento has recently exhibited its high tech core services at HKTDC – ICT Expo in Honkong. The event is a global B2B promotional exhibition that is organized by Hong Kong Trade Development Council. It was a great platform to showcase the digital transformation services with high tech inclination. The main exhibit categories were Digital Infrastructure, Retail Technologies, Digital Marketing and e-commerce, Smart devices and accessories, Enterprise Solutions, Smartup, Home-grown innovations and Trade Related Services.
Attended by exhibitors and Visitors from various countries, dealing in IT & Engineering, Healthcare & Pharma, Retail Solution, High Tech Industries and other it was an opportunity worth attending. The event was a four day exhibition extending from 13th to 16th April 2018. Attended by business dignitaries of various countries it was a great platform for business presentation and extension.
Our showcasing strategy in ICT event was to focus on the key Digital Transformation Solutions for enterprise business need and growth. We were to a great extent successful in implementing the strategy that was verified with a major footfall at our booth. The business enthusiasts were keen on knowing the new digital age solution like IoT, AI, ERP Solution, Mobility Solution, Deep Learning, Machine Learning and others.
The event has also added some business clients to our company. The owners of SME and mid level enterprises has reached us for some prepackaged CRM and ERP enterprise solution. There were other requirements too and our meetings were fixed for complete business overview. Few business people also came up with Application Implementation or extended Application support and maintenance requirement. They found our SLA’s and support services very useful.
Seeing the good event response and meetings scheduled, we extended our stay for 1 more week post the event completion. We met quite a few SME’s and Mid-size enterprises and got a major positive response. Our business ideas were discussed that can be a matchmaker in their business growth and acceleration. The clients were more inclined towards CRM, ERP, POS, Accounting , Retail and various other enterprise solutions. Our expert representative thrashed the right requirement and implementation for their enterprise high tech digital need.
Our team were happy with the positive response and were successful in spreading the agenda “Go Digital” to a satisfactory level. According to a survey, the business leaders have mentioned that “46% of their digital transformation projects contributed to increasing revenue and 44% of them improved customer relationship as a result of Digital ”.
